All our lambs are 100% Grass fed, we give no growth supplements, no complimentary feed and medicines are only used when required, this makes our lamb exceptionally tasty. Our lambs are all cross breeds, from native breeds, mixed with a larger breed that we have chosen to compliment the natives these crosses produce good sized, slow growing lean lamb.

For all our boxes you can match your cooking preferences, you can choose:

• Legs whole or halved
• Shoulders whole, or halved, or whole boned and rolled
• Breast boned and rolled, or minced
• Loin as a rack, or as chops
  Please note that there is an additional £2.50 charge for each joint that is boned and rolled.

Weights: Weights inevitably vary, but a whole lamb box simply butchered will be around 10kilo (NB if you want cuts boned, the results will obviously weigh less). Hogget and mutton will be approx. 12-15 kilos although can be significantly heavier.
